Returns and Refunds
- How to Initiate a Return:
All products are eligible for return within 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact us at chamberyaroma@gmail.com.
Ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging, complete with any supplied hardware. Please note that returns may be subject to shipping/delivery fees, which will be at your expense.
- Damaged Product:
Despite our best efforts to protect all products with proper packaging, there are instances where mishandling by shipping carriers may result in damaged goods.
If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at chamberyaroma@gmail.com. We'll promptly send you a replacement.
Refunds:
After receiving your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 3-5 business days.
The time it takes for your refund to reach you depends on your original payment method:
PayPal refunds: Immediate
Credit card refunds: Between 5-10 business days.
